Whether you’re new to the game or a seasoned vet, our program offers expert coaching, a supportive community, and the tools you need to succeed at the competition. The FTC Method

Structured Progression

Targeted Hyrox Training

Specialized sessions focused on the functional movements you’ll face during the event, including sled push/pull, burpee broad jump, and comprimised running.

Train alongside a group of motivated FTC athletes, with personalized coaching to keep you on track and accountable.

Race-Day Readiness

Simulated Hyrox run-throughs and guidance to ensure you’re physically and mentally prepared for the competition.

Athlete Commitment

  • Maintain 80% or higher attendance across cohort workouts

  • Run 2-3 days per week as programmed

  • Attend weekly Saturday workouts at FTC 6:00am or King Track 7:30am

  • Communicate proactively regarding injuries, availability, and schedule conflicts

  • Train with intention and respect prescribed effort levels

  • Prioritize rest, recovery, sleep, and fueling

  • Show up on time, prepared, and with a positive attitude

  • Respect coaches, partners, and the FTC community

  • Take ownership of your training and preparation
