Don’t be Tardy to the party

I you arrive more than 5 minutes late to class, your spot will be forfeited and you will be charged a $15 late cancellation charge.

Gym shoes only

To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, all members must wear gym shoes designated for indoor use only. This helps prevent harmful bacteria and germs from entering the studio. Upon arrival, please change into dedicated gym shoes before entering the gym area.

STAY HOME IF YOU’RE SICK


To keep all members safe, please do not come to the studio if you are feeling sick. The health and well-being, of all members is our top priority.

Don’t forget the ESSENTIALS

We encourage you to bring a water bottle to training sessions. you can refill at our water station.

We offer complimentary towel service.

Put device on DND to Level up

To limit distractions, please do not use electronics during training sessions. Please put your device on DND or VIBRATE mode while in the studio.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Fitnesse classes fill up quickly, and a limited number of spaces are available in each class. Clients are responsible for canceling their class at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation or no show charge.

If a class is canceled 12 hours or less before the start of class:


Unlimited memberships - Will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.

Limited memberships - Will incur a loss of credit and a $15 late cancellation fee.

Class packs - Will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.

NO SHOW POLICY


Customers who fail to show up for a class they’re enrolled in:

Unlimited memberships - Will incur a $20 NO SHOW penalty fee

Limited memberships - Will incur a loss of credit and $20 no show penalty fee

Class packs  - Will incur a $20 no show penalty fee

MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

To cancel your membership, you must email studio@teamfitnesse.com at least 7 days before renewal. Memberships begin and renew on the date of purchase.

MEMBERSHIP Freeze

When a membership freeze is applied, your 30-day billing cycle is extended by the length of the freeze.

Members may request one hold every three months for up to 90 days, with a minimum hold of 14 days. Holds longer than 90 days or for medical, maternity or paternity, travel, or military reasons require supporting documentation.

To request a membership freeze, please email studio@teamfitnesse.com at least 5 days before the desired freeze start date.

LOST + FOUND

Cubby’s are available for use. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. Please email studio@teamfitnesse.com for any items left behind. 

We are Cashless

We only accept credit & debit cards in the studio. 

MINIMUM AGE

You must be 18 years or older to train at FTC. Minors aged 14-17 can train with an accompanying parent/guardian.

DISCOUNTS

A 5% discount on full price monthly memberships is available for students, teachers, and healthcare workers. To redeem, drop in with your student, teacher, or healthcare employee ID and our staff will issue the discount for you directly.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND TRANSFERS

We do NOT offer refunds or extensions on any class credits, memberships, or subscriptions.

All class credits and memberships, are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchasing client.
