Freeze requests must be submitted at least 5 days before your desired start date. Your billing cycle will be extended by the number of freeze days. One free hold per 3 months (7-day minimum, 90-day max).

For holds longer than 90 days, supporting documentation is required, e.g., a doctor’s note.

Membership holds are only possible if your membership dues are paid up to date. All requests must be made through this Membership Freeze Form and cannot be made retroactively. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
