FItnesse Training Club

  • We believe in the benefits of training like an athlete, so we created our programming to revolve around functional movements and building strength for athletic (everyday life) performance. Our classes are structured as dynamic circuits, combining exercises that mimic real-life movements to enhance overall fitness, agility, and coordination. With a focus on strength and conditioning, athletes will experience an effective and well-rounded workout that targets multiple muscle groups, elevating their functional abilities and unlocking their full athletic potential.

  • An FTC class involves athletes selecting their starting point, either the Floor (rower) or the Rack. They will spend 50% of the workout in each area during the class. Halfway through, there will be a switch, allowing those who started on the Floor to move to the Rack and vice versa. This format ensures a balanced, effective full-body training session combining cardio and strength training components.

  • We designed FTC classes to accommodate athletes of all levels, including beginners or those who haven't worked out in a while. Our experienced coaches can make exercise modifications based on each individual's fitness level, ensuring everyone can participate, push themselves at their own pace, and progress gradually.

  • We recommended attending FTC classes 3 times a week for optimal results. The weekly schedule includes different types of strength training sessions, such as lower body strength, upper body strength, total body strength, mobility + core focused days. By taking multiple classes a week, you'll be able to hit different muscle groups while giving your body ample time for recovery.

  • If it's your first class, arrive 15 minutes early to familiarize yourself with the studio and receive any necessary instructions. For subsequent classes, please arrive 5 minutes early. Being on time is essential to maintain the flow of the class. Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes will be unable to join the session and will be marked absent.

  • Yes, we do! The fitnesse training club app is available for both IOS and Android

  • No, we do not have showers.

  • A single drop-in class is $30. Our monthly memberships offer the best value, allowing you to lower the per-class price. Get started now with our special 2-for-1 offer.

  • Yes, we have open gym hours that you can book. Each open gym session is limited to six athletes and is 60 minutes long. You can reserve these sessions using your monthly membership or open gym class pack credits.

  • Our experienced trainers are here to challenge and guide you in the studio, including helping you select the appropriate weights. Don't be surprised if we up your weights to challenge you. We may also suggest reducing the weight if your exercise form is compromised.

  • We recommend starting wherever you feel most comfortable. Whether you start on the rack or the rower (floor), you will complete the same workout.

  • To ensure a personalized experience and ample space for everyone to move comfortably, our fitness classes have a maximum capacity of 12 athletes. This smaller class size allows us to provide more individualized instruction and guidance.

  • YES, WE DO! You can download our IOS or ANDROID app for convenient class bookings and credit purchases.

    Additionally, you can download our Fitnesse on-demand IOS training app se-on-demand/id1579782821if you're looking for a training program when you're not in the studio.

  • OF COURSE! Every time you step into the studio, you can grab a fresh towel before you get started.

  • Members can book classes up to two weeks in advance. We recommend booking at least five days in advance to secure your spot.

  • We offer various monthly memberships and class pack options for FTC. Class packs provide flexibility, while monthly memberships deliver the best value.

Membership & billing

  • We offer both a monthly ($12.99) and yearly ($119.99) membership.

  • At this time, you can only use Fitnesse Training by downloading the app via the Apple App Store.

  • 1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

    2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

    3. Tap Fitnesse Training.

    4. A list of options will appear. Tap the option that you want.

    5. Tap Purchase.

  • Apple-billed subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID payment method.

    1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

    2. Tap your name.

    3. Tap Payment & Shipping (if prompted, sign in with your Apple ID).

    4. Tap the payment method you want to change, then edit your information.

  • You can find your next billing date in the Apple App Store.

    4. Find and tap your Fitnesse Training subscription.

Equipment

  • No, equipment is not required. We offer bodyweight, resistance band and dumbell programs.

  • You can find all product care instructions here.

  • We ship all products within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email once your items are on the way.

iOS training app

  • This is not a coincidence; we purposely built each phase with the same workout twice to help you see your growth throughout the phase. As you progress through the phases, you will notice an increase in difficulty in future training sessions.

  • You cannot skip a phase without completing all the workouts in the previous phase.

  • At this time, we do not offer modifications for every exercise, but if you need an alternative for a specific exercise, send us a message below, and we will get back to you within 3 business days.

  • You can cast classes through Airplay to your Apple TV and popular smart TVs. When you start a class, press the Airplay icon in the bottom left corner to cast to your TV.

  • At this time, you cannot cast your workout to your TV and listen to music on your phone simultaneously.

  • At this time, you cannot download workouts to view offline. Wifi or cellular data is needed to complete your workout.
