WHAT IS
HYROX LAB?

A structured, self-guided training experience built for athletes who want to improve their conditioning, strength endurance, and race readiness.


Every session follows professionally programmed workouts centered around three key training sessions.


The training SESSIONS

Engine: Build Your Endurance

Develop the aerobic engine needed to sustain effort, recover faster, and move efficiently under fatigue.

Power: Build Your Strength

Develop explosive strength, muscular endurance, and the ability to produce force when it matters most.

Capacity: Puttin’ It All Together

Blend strength and conditioning through mixed-modal training that improves work capacity, movement efficiency, and overall athletic performance.


WHat to expect

Reserve Your Session

Each session is capped at six athletes to ensure plenty of space, equipment availability, and a quality training experience.


Follow The Programming

Every session is part of a structured program. All you need to do is show up, follow the workout, and focus on putting in the work.

Train At Your Level

Every workout can be scaled to your fitness level by adjusting the weight, pace, or volume while following the same programming.
