What does a pre-pay membership include?
A pre-pay membership covers your membership fees for the entire duration of the term, 6 months or one year. It provides full access to all classes, and any member benefits during the prepaid period.
What if i’m already a member?
You Are still elIGIBLe And May replace your current membership and be released from your current term. Once YOU PURCHASE the membership of your choice, email us and we can adjust the start date to align with your Current Billing Cycle.
When does my Pre PaY membership Start?
Your membership will start upon THE purchase date.
Can I Pause my membership
Pre-pay memberships are not eligible for freezing. However, if you have an extenuating circumstance (e.g., injury or travel), please reach out to us.
Can I cancel my prepaid membership?
Pre-pay memberships are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel, we can discuss options such as transferring your membership to someone else who is not already a FTC member.
Can I switch from a pre-pay membership to a monthly membership?
We understand that plans can change! While your pre-pay membership is locked in for the term, if you need to switch to a monthly membership afterward, we can assist you in making that transition once your prepaid term ends.
Do Late Cancel & No-Show fees still apply?
Yes, all fees still apply .
Late Cancellations are $15 penalty,
No Shows are a $20 penalty.
What happens when my pre-pay membership expires?
When your pre-pay membership expires, you will have the option to renew for another prepaid term or transition to a monthly membership. We’ll send you a reminder before the expiration date so you can plan ahead.
